E-Juice Rewards Program
Since international shipping is costly, unless you place an order the same day as you redeem your points, we will have to charge for shipping. If you've placed an order, and redeemed your points at the same time, we can ship the orders together, without charging extra shipping for the redeemed order.
Simply create a customer account by clicking on the account tab on the top right corner, or before checkout, and you will automatically be enrolled. Customers who have already created an account on our website are already enrolled.
Points expire after one year.
Once you log onto your customer account, you'll notice a new button that will be underneath the "add to cart" button on product pages. This button allows you to directly purchase a product using your points balance. If you don't have enough points to purchase a product, the button will be light grey and will tell you how many points you are short by.
Your reward points balance will be displayed at the top right corner of your screen, near your account tab.
You can purchase any item on our website with reward points. However, you can only earn points with purchases of e-juice products. Purchasing any non e-juice item will not earn you points.
If you forget to log in to your customer account, you'll still earn points, as long as you use the same email address at check out.
If for some reason, you did not earn the points you were owed from any purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look up your account and investigate the issue. If we discover that the points were in fact not added, we will manually add the points to your account.
