The Ignition RDA is Congrevape's latest atomizer and their first release outside the highly rated Doge platform. The manufacturers decided to give the system a different name due to its simple two post build deck, giving birth to a whole new breed of atomizers. The two post design was engineered with the purpose of creating more build space for greater airflow and thicker clouds. Alongside the new build deck is a whole new laser-cut parallelogram "Spark" airflow design for providing industry leading airflow speed and density.
The Ignition RDA is constructed out of Corrosion Proof SAE Stainless Steel, has a diameter of 22mm, and a super deep juice well. The positive post and 510 pin are constructed of C110 Food Grade Copper. One of the biggest complaints on cheaper two post RDAs is the melting of the PEEK insulator. The manufactures recognized while two post designs generate enormous vapor, they also generate huge amounts of heat. Congrevape decided to integrate a high grade ceramic PEEK insulator made from Japan to solve this issue. The RDA utilizes Congrevape's signature gloss finished CV-Tip System ceramic drip tip. The 11mm diameter drip tip is constructed out of high heat resistant ceramic and moves the O-ring to the atomizer barrel. The design allows for a thinner wall and increases the diameter of the bore.
Congrevape designed a "Spark" airflow control system specifically for a center placed coil. The laser-cut parallelogram inlets provide a unique vaping experience unlike any other RDA in the industry. As the user closes the airflow control, one side of the inlet increases the velocity of the air intake while leaving the air pressure low on the other intake. The result is a super smooth draw while generating huge and dense vapor.
