All of our products have a 30 day return/exchange/refund period. The buyer is usually responsible for the cost of the return label. However, should you receive a defective or damaged item, shipping labels will be provided for the return and the replacement item.
Once you contact us about requiring an exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will then send a return label as well as the replacement item.
Should you for any reason be displeased with a product, contact us and we will send a refund label. We will then issue a refund once we have received the item.
All of our packages are shipped through USPS, either through first class packages or the priority mail option.
Orders are shipped within 1 business day, but orders placed before 2 p.m Pacific Time will usually ship the same day.
If you wish to make changes to your order, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible, and we will gladly make any adjustments. However, once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to make any changes. We will gladly work with you to find another solution should this occur.
After your order is placed, we will provide a tracking number for you to view the current status of arrival. Please note that tracking reflects an ESTIMATED time of delivery. Delays beyond our control, like weather,USPS misplacing the package, or USPS sending it on the incorrect route can all result in missed delivery dates.
If a tracking number shows that the order has been delivered and you have yet to receive your item, contact us and we will promptly ship a replacement.
If we make a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will definitely amend the situation. The correct order will be shipped out, no cost to the buyer, along with a return label for the incorrect order. The same procedure will be implemented for damaged items.
