Returns
We accept returns for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the items have been inspected, and please allow 3-5 business days for processing after the items have been delivered back to us.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@huffandpuffers.com or use our Contact Form with your reason for the return.
We will provide a return shipping label. Return shipping fees are determined at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be deducted from the refund amount.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
Refunds are issued for the original purchase price only.
Gifts:
Gift Cards are non-returnable.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit towards the account after the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift and shipped to you, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Warranty
Pod Systems & Mods:
Our policy includes a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. After 30 days, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
This warranty covers internal component issues only. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, leaking, or issues related to external components.
Approved claims are eligible for either a one-time replacement or a refunds to the original form of payment.
Disposable Vapes:
Warranties on disposable vapes are granted at the discretion of Huff and Puffers and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Please email info@huffandpuffers.com or use our Contact Form as soon as possible with details of the issue. We will consider the purchase date, quantity, and your explanation when evaluating the claim.
If it is determined that the device is not working as intended, store credit or a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for disposable vapes.

- Tanks, pod tanks, and atomizers
